Tessa Laws is a Partner in Rosenblatt Solicitors' Corporate Department principally practising M&A and private equity. She is responsible for the Firm’s VCT work and acts for a number of leading VCTs. She has extensive experience of MBOs and MBIs and has handled numerous flotations both for companies coming to market and for brokers placing their stock.  Tessa provides regular company law advice to a range of both public and private companies on a day to day basis. The 2004 edition of the Legal 500 specifically commends her.

They represent on the Board the interests of the two Partners and investors in Endeavour Ventures and Rosenblatt Solicitors.
