Endeavour Ventures does not have a specific sector focus since we believe that at the smaller, unquoted company level there is not sufficient benefit from concentrating on just one sector.

However, the nature of the amount of capital that Endeavour Ventures is raising means that we do not see companies from sectors where heavy capital investment is required early on in the life of a business.

It is easier to state that Endeavour Ventures works with companies:

• at the very early stage of development, with revenues just starting to come in;

   

• in a development or expansion phase, when further capital is required to capitalise on opportunities emerging;

   

• in a growth phase, where for whatever reason private investment is preferred to other options; and

   

• in a change situation, where a structural development is taking place that requires that private investment is made into the new look company.

Moreover, Endeavour Ventures has access to property investment opportunities that we will offer to our clients as they become available.  In devising these opportunities, we will be working with recognised experts in the property market to ensure that any investments are structured.
