Investments

We source, screen and structure investment opportunities for you.  We then monitor the investments and keep you informed of progress, right up to exit and in the manner that you require.

You are provided with access to investment opportunities, personal portfolio summaries and company progress reports, through our online tools.

You choose exactly which deals you want to invest in. There is no obligation.

You choose how much you want to invest subject to a £10,000 minimum per deal.

…….Access

You see different types of deal with varying levels of risk and reward - generally private equity deals, often with EIS tax relief.

AIM placings, typically available only to institutions, will also be sourced.  Commercial property deals are also available.

……Costs

Endeavour Ventures receives fees from the companies for which it raises funds. 

The fees charged are lower than those charged by VCTs and EIS funds, and they vary on an investment by investment basis.

These fees typically include a non-trivial equity stake for Endeavour Ventures, guaranteeing an on-going commitment.

In addition, the principals invest personally in Endeavour Ventures deals.
